Satisfyingly chonky mids here! The “OP” part of “Jack’s JuulsOP” is likely peruvianus SS01, but we can’t know because, according to Jack, a couple other peruvianus were blooming at the time of pollination on that fateful day in the 90s (supposedly there was no pc around at the time, but who knows, it’s all 25 year old hearsay at this point). One of the seeds was grown into a big multicolumn mother stand, and then around 2005, it was chopped up and log-styled all down the side of their large hillside property.
It’s really a gorgeous trich, which also has a tendency to stack (segmented growth).

The cactus you see here is the exact same cactus you get. In rare cases (only when it’s a multiple inventory listing) it may not be the exact plant shown in the photos. This plant requires protection from freezing weather, but will tolerate high 20s on rare occasion with frost covering. The Cactus Jones ships from a warm climate zone (no freezing), but please be aware of the weather in your area — will not be held responsible for frozen or baked shipments.
