‘👑 Maipu
Is Maipu the new Ogun? Sorta seems like it lately. It’s prettier than Ogun for sure (better color IMO + smoother) but honestly, I still don’t know the full story behind it and why it fetches such high prices. Anyhoo - I’ve finally grown enough to offer it for the first time, and believe it or not, 159 for this cut is on the low side. Perfect flawless 8” tip to be cut upon purchase.
The “ 👑 “ means Kingstock, to be cut upon purchase. All kingstock orders will include something extra in the package (something good, not pc rootstock etc). A Kingstock listings that doesn’t sell (due to higher price) will do 2 good things - 1) it keeps the shop populated with content when other inventory runs out, and 2) it keeps on growing in my garden.
Instruction for Cut-To-Order cuttings —> lay this on its side indoors in a dry place for a minimum of 1 month while the sulphur coated callous fully hardens (do this before ever placing upright in soil).
