πππΆοΈ Ashdod β Mega Mid (Last One β¦ Really)
OK OK I decided to list one more. The remainder of my Ashdod mega mids are going into the ground here for future propagation (see last pic). Β I wonβt be cutting Chuckβs mother stand again, at least not for a few years. Β Future listings will be whatever I propagate from my midcuts, which will be 10β tips and pups about 1/3rd this thickness. This 8β mid is massive, cut and sulphured 5 days ago. Β CLONE INFO β Ashdod started as a SS02 x Huarazensis seedling that was shipped from Ashdod Israel to Charles Hillman (Cactus Chuck) in Ventura approx 15 years ago. For most of those 15 years it didnβt have a name. Once it matured and stood out with distinction, and then was used in ceremony, it had to be named. Β Ashdod is something special. Β The overall shape and βBest Seagulls Ever!β (See last pic) Β and solid spice level and perfect double spines are just a few of its fine traits.Β

βπβ means Kingstock, usually reserved for named clones or rarer cultivars. βπβ means extra primo, sometimes due to the nature of the cut (extra fat, rare shape etc). πΆοΈβ means that it packs a ceremonial punch, twoΒ βπΆοΈπΆοΈβ is my highest ranking, and no ranking means either that it lacks much potency for ceremonial use, or I have not yet tested it. My potency assessments are based only on anecdotal personal experience, and are for purposes of valuing collectibility, not consumption.
The cut you see here is the cut you get, unless noted as an inventory listing.Β All plants are hard grown rough-n-tumble β¦ outdoors in the ground without shade control, so these soldiers have adaptive fortitude πͺ. Keyword 122mid
