💎👑💎 Shaff — FAT 8” Tip
I’ve been growing Shaff for a few years now, but this is only my 3rd time listing a cut, and this one is twice as fat as those previous two listings. Frame-filling FAT tip, 8”, to be cut upon purchase. Note: the brown / corked areas you see are just what Shaff does, it’s how this clone grows — you can’t find a mature cut of Shaff without it.
Clone info: Shaff is a unique mutation of Trichocereus Shaferi. It came from one seedling sprouted among tens of thousands of shaferi seeds by Oasis Nursery. Legend has it that at one time you could only acquire this cactus by going under contract to never sell a piece for under $100. Of all the mutant Trichocereus clones, Shaff might be the freakiest.

“👑“ means Kingstock, usually reserved for named clones or rarer cultivars. “💎” means extra primo, sometimes due to the nature of the cut (extra fat, rare shape etc). 🌶️” means that it packs a ceremonial punch, two “🌶️🌶️” is my highest ranking, and no ranking means either that it lacks much potency for ceremonial use, or I have not yet tested it. My asessments of potency are based only on anecdotal personal experience, and are for purposes of valuing collectibility, not consumption.
